Crossed Arm StretchHold the left arm straight out in front of the body. Lean backagainst a wall (or other flat surface) to help stabilize the leftshoulder blade. Grasp the left arm with the right hand andslowly pull the left arm across the body. The stretch will befelt on the back side of the left shoulder. Hold, then repeatfor the other arm.© iTPASleeper StretchLying on the left side of the body, flex the left elbow at 90° and position the left arm so thatit is straight up and perpendicular to the upper body. With the right hand, slowly and gentlypush the left forearm downward toward the floor. Keep scapula of left arm stable.
