Fine art photography; expressionistic, symbolic and<br />
painterly, as well as elegant portrayal of natural subjects in<br />
the environment. Supplementary to this medium is<br />
painting, drawing and filmmaking.<br />
Acrylics, rock, flora and the use of gel are used to give the<br />
paintings, not only texture, but relief on canvas.<br />
Landscapes are painted from memory, rock used in works<br />
selected from locations visited by the artist. Series of<br />
Inukshuks, Northern Lights, Waterfalls, and Prairie<br />
landscapes continues.<br />
The Log Cabin <strong>Art</strong> Studio was established in 1970 and was<br />
the first artist studio in the Bow Valley. A new spacious<br />
gallery in Spring Creek <strong>Mountain</strong> Village now features<br />
exclusively her original paintings, art prints and art cards.<br />
The tradition of afternoon Victorian Tea & Refreshments is<br />
still available. <strong>Art</strong> Events and Concerts.<br />
Open 1-5 Tuesday - Sunday. Closed Mondays.<br />
