Fine art photography; expressionistic, symbolic and
painterly, as well as elegant portrayal of natural subjects in
the environment. Supplementary to this medium is
painting, drawing and filmmaking.
Acrylics, rock, flora and the use of gel are used to give the
paintings, not only texture, but relief on canvas.
Landscapes are painted from memory, rock used in works
selected from locations visited by the artist. Series of
Inukshuks, Northern Lights, Waterfalls, and Prairie
landscapes continues.
The Log Cabin Art Studio was established in 1970 and was
the first artist studio in the Bow Valley. A new spacious
gallery in Spring Creek Mountain Village now features
exclusively her original paintings, art prints and art cards.
The tradition of afternoon Victorian Tea & Refreshments is
still available. Art Events and Concerts.
Open 1-5 Tuesday - Sunday. Closed Mondays.

paintings. Subject is usually landscape of western
Canada. Inspiration from travels in the Canadian
provinces, as well as hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
