vyrovnávací hmota
›› Serial Number 0916
leveling compound for silicate materials in the interior and
exterior
Features:
FORTE vyrovnávací hmota (FORTE leveling compound) is made
of cement, graded silica sand and refi ning additives. It has very good
adhesion to silicate surfaces and minimal shrinkage. It is intended to
compensate for horizontal and vertical surfaces of silicate materials in a
consistent thickness of one layer of 2 to 30 mm, creating a gradient of interlayers
and thin screens indoors and outdoors. It allows for the creation
of V-transitions. It does not have self-leveling properties.
Usage:
FORTE vyrovnávací hmota is designed for patching and leveling
fl oors, balconies and waterproofi ng materials FORTE BAK, FORTISOL,
FORTISOL 1K, preparing concrete fl oors before installing the surface
layer, patching and leveling vertical surfaces. After a thorough priming,
FORTE vyrovnávací hmota can also be used for anhydrite substrates.
FORTE vyrovnávací hmota is not suitable for bituminous materials,
wood, plastics and metals.
Consumption:
about 16 kg of dry mix / 1m2 / 1 cm thick layer.
Packaging:
25 kg paper bags with PE liner
Storage:
When stored in a dry environment in original undamaged containers
on a pallet or wooden grating material, it is storable for 12 months
from date of manufacture (indicated on the packaging).
Surface preparation:
The surface for FORTE vyrovnávací hmota has to be stable, coherent,
free of dirt, grease and loose parts, naturally dry or moist. The
substrate must be primed with FORTE penetral. Anhydrite substrates
requires a thorough double priming.
Application:
FORTE vyrovnávací hmota compound is prepared by mixing the
dry mixture with clean cold water in a ratio of about 0.16 kg of water per
1 kg of dry mixture (i.e. 4 liters of water per 25 kg bag) and stirring (eg.
electric drill with a mixer speed to 500/min) for 3 minutes. The prescribed
amount of water needs to be followed. Larger quantities of water are
not wanted! When mixing, it is necessary to ensure that the mixture if
free of air (tumbler under water mass in the container). The mixed material
should stand for approx 5 minutes and again mix briefl y. The mixed
material is applied to the prepared surface so as to achieve the best possible
contact (pushing, spreading), excess tears are repaired and leveling
the surface material is properly completed. The material must respect
the expansion joints. The surface can be smooth or turned. The coat
must be made in 12 hours and against rapid drying, rain and frost. After
24 hours, the walking surface and can be glued with tiles, or apply other
fi nishes or other layers. The compound can be processed at a temperature
of the substrate and the environment between 5 °C to 25 °C. This
temperature is necessary to provide for at least 48 hours of processing
materials. Pot prepared mass is about 30 minutes at 20 °C. FORTE vyrovnávací
hmota, which already shows signs of cooling, should not be
used! Equipment used should be washed after use with water.
