Features: 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový (ETERNAL acrylic matte) is a water- 

soluble coating for outdoor and indoor use, prepared from the aqueous 

dispersion of acrylic copolymers, pigments, fi llers and special additives. 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový forms satin matte paintings, highly resistant 

to weathering. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový is mainly designed for new and maintenance 

painting of galvanized sheet metal (even without previous oxidation), 

primed steel, aluminum (adhesion must be verifi ed in advance). 

It can also be used for coating non-pedestrian concrete, fi ber cement, 

unglazed ceramic, copper, wood, particle board and other building 

materials. Quality is suited for processing in industrial applications, such 

as the manufacture of roof coverings (concrete, metal). ETERNAL mat 

akrylátový is not suitable for top coats of windows, doors, furniture, etc. 

For these purposes we recommend ETERNAL mat Revital, ETERNAL 

lesk akrylátový, ETERNAL lesk alkydový.

Application: 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový is applied to dry, thoroughly cleaned 

and degreased surface free of loose particles with a brush, roller, air or 

airless spraying, at temperature of surface and surroundings of 8 °C to 

30 °C. ETERNAL mat akrylátový is applied in two or three layers within 

a period of min. 4 hours (20 °C) between coats. Tools should be washed 

with water immediately after usage. 

Examples of the use of paints 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový: 

Paint on galvanized surfaces and aluminium: 

ETERNAL mat akrylátový can be used to paint a new galvanized 

sheet without previous oxidation. The surface must be thoroughly 

cleaned from mechanical impurities, residues of old loose paint and 

degreased (best solution ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate, or other 

suitable detergent followed by rinsing with water). Any small areas of 

unprotected iron (screws, joints, etc.) must be provided with a basic 

anti-corrosive paint and ETERNAL antikor akrylátový in two layers. 

The total thickness of ETERNAL antikor akrylátový must be 

min. 80 µm. The time interval between coats is 5 hours at 20 °C. Followed 

by two coats of undiluted material ETERNAL mat akrylátový 

with an interval of 24 hours between coats of paint. Adhesion on aluminum 

sheet needs to be verifi ed. 

Coating steel surfaces: 

Steel surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned from corrosion products, 

mechanical impurities, residues of old loose paint and degrease 

(best solution ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate, or other suitable 

detergent followed by rinsing with water). The prepared surface 

shall be fi tted with one or two coats of ETERNAL antikor akrylátový 

or ETERNAL na kovy with an interval of 5 hours. After drying, 

the basic corrosion coating is carried out by two coats of ETER- 

NAL mat akrylátový with an interval between coats min. 4 hours. 

Paint for concrete and fi ber-cement roofi ng: 

The old roofi ng must be completely rid of impurities, soot and 

moss, old non-stick coatings, degraded surface layers and grease. This 

prepared surface should be completely saturated by a special primer 

FORTE penetral. Prime one coat to saturate the surface. When 

primed, the dried agent will create a glossy fi lm on the surface coverings. 

After min. 6 hours waiting, apply two coats of undiluted material

ETERNAL mat akrylátový with a time interval between coats of about 

4 hours depending on the temperature and humidity. When applied to 

older, highly porous, cohesionless concrete and fi ber-cement roofi ng, 

the paint should be tested on a test strip. Also consult the manufacturer. 

Painting wood, fi ber board and particle board: 

When the surface is thoroughly cleaned, remove the resin site (e.g. 

by washing with resin thinner), reground the surface lightly with a fi ne 

sandpaper, and paint with ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo with protective 

eff ects against wood-destroying fungi, wood discolourations 

and insect damage. In dry interior it is possible to use primer FORTE 

penetral. After the primer dries (i.e. based on the used material after 

8-20 or approx. 6 hours) reground surface lightly with a fi ne sandpaper 

and apply two coats of ETERNAL mat akrylátový with an interval of 

12 hours between coats. For a shiny appearance, make a fi nal coat with 

ETERNAL lesk akrylátový.

Safety and hygiene at work: 

When following basic hygiene rules ETERNAL mat akrylátový is 

not a health hazard. It is necessary to use suitable protective clothing, 

gloves and goggles. Wash skin with soap and water, in case of contact 

with eyes, fl ush immediately with plenty of water. If irritation does not 

stop, seek medical advice. If accidentally swallowed seek medical advice. 

Do not induce vomiting.

new generation universal dispersion acrylic paint 

Features: 

ETERNAL mat Revital (ETERNAL Revital matte) is a versatile water- 

based paint for indoor and outdoor use ready made from special acrylic 

copolymers, pigments, fi llers and additives. It forms a relatively hard, elastic 

satin paint with high resistance to weathering and excellent blocking 

resistance, even at higher temperatures. It has very good hiding power, 

good leveling, fast drying and excellent adhesion even to the old oil and 

synthetic coatings. 

ETERNAL mat Revital complies to EN 71 Part 3 Toy Safety Migration 

of certain elements. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL mat Revital is designed for indoor and outdoor wood 

coatings, and chipboard, plasterboard, concrete and metal substrates 

bearing anti-corrosion coating, and fi ber boards. 

It is suitable for painting window frames and sash, doors, door 

frames, radiators, central heating, school boards, furniture such as wooden 

and metal chairs, shelves, benches, carpet beaters, etc. ETERNAL 

mat Revital is suitable for both new and refresh paint. It is not intended 

for painting of concrete fl oors.

Application: 

ETERNAL mat Revital is applied to dry, thoroughly cleaned and 

degreased surface free of loose particles and debris of non-stick coatings 

by brush, roller, air or airless spraying high-pressure, at temperature of 

surface and surroundings from 8 oC to 30 oC and relative humidity up to 

75 %. According to the selected coating technology with paint diluted 

with water to up to 15 wt. %. ETERNAL mat Revital is applied in two or 

three layers, according to the required thickness, within a period of min. 

2 hours (20 oC). At lower temperatures and higher relative humidity it is 

necessary to extend the time range. The extension is necessary even for 

highly absorbent surfaces. 

Examples of ETERNAL mat Revital applications: 

Coating steel surfaces: 

Steel surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned from corrosion 

products, mechanical impurities, residues of old loose paint and 

degrease (best solution ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate, or 

other suitable detergent followed by rinsing with water). The prepared 

surface shall be fi tted with one or two coats of ETERNAL 

antikor akrylátový or ETERNAL na kovy with an interval of 4 

hours. After the drying of the anticorrosive primer, spread two coats of 

ETERNAL mat Revital with an interval between coats of 2 hours. 

Painting wood, particle board and plywood: 

The surface is thoroughly cleaned from dust and impurities, resin site 

is removed (washing with thinner), the surface should be impregnated 

with a primer such as ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo with protective 

eff ects against wood-destroying fungi and wood discolourations and 

insect damage. In dry interiors it is possible to use primer FORTE penetral. 

After drying, the surface primed is reground with fi ne sandpaper. 

Fibreboard and particle board then need one insulating paint of ETER- 

NAL IN stop against any penetration of the color patches of the surface 

to the topcoat. After drying, the surface of the insulating coating is reground 

with fi ne sandpaper. Apply two coats of ETERNAL mat Revital 

on the prepared surface with the time interval between coats 2 hours. 

Coating of concrete and plaster surfaces: 

Mineral surfaces need to be rid of non-stick coatings, mechanical 

impurities, oily surfaces need to be thoroughly degreased (ETERNAL 

odmašťovač). Dry surface can then be primed with FORTE penetral 

and after drying, apply two coats of the paint ETERNAL mat Revital 

with an interval between coats 3 hours. To saturate highly absorbent 

surfaces ETERNAL mat Revital can be diluted with water in ratio 1:1. 

Mineral substrates must be suffi ciently carbonated. ETERNAL mat 

Revital is not designed for coating concrete fl oors.

Coating of fi ber boards: 

The surface must be completely rid of impurities, soot and moss, old

NAL lesk akrylátový is glossy with excellent resistance to weathering. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL lesk akrylátový is designed for indoor and outdoor 

gloss coating wood plywood and chipboard, plasterboard, concrete, fi - 

ber cement and metal substrates bearing corrosion coating. It is suitable 

for painting window and door frames and central heating radiators.

Application: 

ETERNAL lesk akrylátový is applied to dry, thoroughly cleaned 

and degreased surface by brush, roller or spray at surface and surroundings 

temperature between 8 °C to 25 °C. Depending on application, the paint can be 

diluted with water mass in quantities up to 5 wt. % for painting by brush, roller 

or airless spray and up to 10 wt. % when air spraying.

The recommended procedure for surface treatment of 

untreated wood: 

1) Removal of resin sites (e.g. by washing with resin thinner) 

2) Preparing the surface by means of ETERNAL na dřevo 

napouštědlo with a protective eff ect against wood-destroying 

fungi and wood discolourations and insect damage. In dry interiors 

it is possible to use primer FORTE penetral. 

3) Use light, dry sanding sandpaper No. 150 after 4 hours of soaking. 

4) 1 to 2 coats of paint on ETERNAL na dřevo základní or ETER- 

NAL mat akrylátový shade of the same or close to the fi nal 

painting. The interval between coats is 4-6 hours (20°C). We 

recommend sanding each layer dry with sandpaper No. 220. 

5) 2 to 3 coats of water-based gloss paint ETERNAL lesk akrylátový. 

The recommended procedure for treatment of alreadytreated 

wood: 

1) Old paint can be abraised with dry sandpaper No. 150. 

2) 2 to 3 coats of water-based gloss paint ETERNAL lesk akrylátový, 

the interval between coats 4-6 hours. 

Recommendation: 

It is convenient to apply ETERNAL lesk akrylátový with a roller 

and it is also suitable to use special brushes for acrylic paint. For larger 

massive surfaces, spray application is recommended. When coloring 

non-uniform surfaces of a signifi cant diff erence between the surface 

and new shade of paint (black background, white top coat), it is recommended 

to fi rst use two coats of ETERNAL mat akrylátový the shade 

of which is close to a glossy fi nish. 

The recommended procedure for surface treatment of 

metal products and steel structures: 

1) Two coats of anti-corrosive paint ETERNAL antikor akrylátový, 

or ETERNAL na kovy. The total thickness min. 80 µm. 

2) Refi nishing paint with sandpaper No. 220. 

3) Two to three coats of gloss paint ETERNAL lesk akrylátový. 

Drying time 4-6 hours for each layer. 

Coating of mineral surfaces: 

Mineral substrates must be rid of all layers of paint and non-stick 

coatings. Suffi ciently carbonated surfaces need to be primed with 

FORTE penetral primer and after 4 hours apply three coats of gloss 

paint ETERNAL lesk akrylátový with an interval between two coats 

4–6 hours.

Features: 

ETERNAL lesk alkydový (ETERNAL alkyd gloss) is water-borne 

alkyd paint based on an aqueous emulsion of a hybrid resin, weatherstable 

pigments, fi llers and special additives. Paints dry to a perfect high 

gloss, a high hardness and good anti-blocking properties. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL lesk alkydový is used to fi nish wood, chipboard and 

plywood materials. It is particularly suitable for glossy coats windows 

and doors, even in environments such as those of manufacturing companies. 

ETERNAL lesk alkydový can also be used for surface treatment 

of metal substrates with anti-corrosion coating (e.g. ETERNAL antikor 

akrylátový or ETERNAL na kovy).

and the surroundings must be at least 10 °C, relative humidity should 

be no higher than 75%. Lower temperatures and higher relative humid-

ity lengthen drying time. It is necessary to protect the applied coat for 

a min. 48 hours against any precipitation and atmospheric moisture condensation. 

Tools should be washed with water immediately after usage. 

Examples of the use of paint ETERNAL lesk alkydový: 

Finish untreated wood: 

1) Penetrating the surface by means of ETERNAL na dřevo 

napouštědlo with biocidal drying eff ects 8–20 hours (20-25°C) 

2) Grinding with dry sandpaper No. 150. 

3) 1–2 times coat with a base of ETERNAL na dřevo základní with 

an interval of 10-24 hours between coats (20–25°C) 

4) Grind with dry sandpaper No. 150–180. 

5) 1-2 times coat with ETERNAL lesk alkydový 1–2 times (from 

0.12 to 0.18 kg / m2), drying 10-20 hours (20–25°C) 

Finishing already treated wood: 

1) Sand with sandpaper No. 150–180. 

2) 2 x coat of ETERNAL lesk alkydový. 

2 x (0.12 to 0.18 kg / m2), drying 10-20 hours (20 - 25°C) 

Surface treatment metal base: 

1) cleaning and degreasing of the surface (ETERNAL odmašťovač).

ETERNAL na kovy (ETERNAL for metals) is water soluble selfprimed 

for direct use on metal substrates based on modifi ed acrylic resin dispersion, 

special anticorrosion pigments, fi llers and additives regulating 

properties. It is characterized by high adhesion to metal surfaces even 

on zinc, light metals and stainless steels, increased protection against 

corrosion, high resistance against UV rays and weathering. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL na kovy is used for basic and top coating of metal constructions, 

masts, external surfaces of tanks, pipes, fences, railings, metal 

roofi ng, pipes, plates and other metal products, steel, iron, zinc, stainless 

steel, aluminum, copper, brass in corrosive environments with high load.

Surface preparation: 

With metal surfaces, it is necessary before painting to get rid of all 

dirt, old coatings and non-stick corrosion products and to degrease (best 

solution is a concentrated ETERNAL odmašťovač or other suitable detergent 

followed by rinsing with water). 

Application: 

ETERNAL na kovy is applied to a prepared metal surface by brush, 

roller, air or airless spray at the base with an environment at least 10 °C

soft to moderately hard 0.7 to 2.5 mmol / l) for 5% to 15% solution

in a diff erent ratio. Degreasing can be done manually, by low pressure 

and high pressure spraying, or dipping, ETERNAL odmašťovač

rotary wire brush) and grease (preferably ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate,

paint must be applied immediately after cleaning the substrate. 

Application: 

ETERNAL antikor akrylátový is applied by brush, roller, air or airless 

spray at the base in an environment from 10 to 30 °C. For brush 

or rolling ETERNAL antikor akrylátový should not be diluted. For 

spraying, it can be diluted to the required consistency according to the 

techniques used up to 10% wt. water. Not for electric spray guns. It is

Features: 

ETERNAL na radiátory (ETERNAL for radiators) is a special water- 

based paint in an aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymers, pigments, 

fi llers and special additives. It forms a relatively hard, elastic, glossy paint 

very well resistant to temperatures up to 100 °C, non-yellowing and resistant 

to blocking even at this temperature. It has very good opacity, 

excellent leveling, fast drying and excellent adhesion even on old synthetic 

paints. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL na radiátory is designed for top coats on radiator hotwater 

heating. Paint can also be used for warm radiators (25 °C) and the 

temperature can be carefully increased already one hour after coating. 

ETERNAL na radiátory can be used for interior and exterior topcoats 

bearing metal primer and other surfaces which are required for nonyellowing 

non-blocking coatings, such as windows, doors, benches, railings, 

etc. ETERNAL na radiátory is suitable for both new and refresh 

paint.

Uses of the paint ETERNAL na radiátory: 

Painting new steel and cast iron radiators: 

Radiators should be thoroughly cleaned of rust, dirt and degreased 

(preferably sodium ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate, or other suitable 

detergent followed by rinsing with water). The prepared base 

should receive two coats of anti-corrosive paint ETERNAL antikor 

akrylátový or ETERNAL na kovy. Dried anticorrosion coating should 

be reground with sandpaper No. 220 and radiators should receive two 

coatings of email ETERNAL na radiátory with an interval between 

coats of 4–6 hours. 

Refresh painted steel and cast iron radiators: 

Radiators must be thoroughly cleaned from corrosion, mechanical 

impurities, residues of old loose paint and degreased (best solution 

ETERNAL odmašťovač concentrate, or other suitable detergent followed 

by rinsing with water). Places where exposed metal should be 

painted with anti-corrosive paint ETERNAL antikor akrylátový or 

ETERNAL na kovy. After the anticorrosive primer dries sand with sandpaper 

No 220 reground prominent defects in the immediate vicinity 

of repairs. Anti-corrosive paint and radiators should require one or two 

coats of email ETERNAL na radiátory with an interval between 4–6 

hours. 

Coating aluminum radiators: 

Aluminium radiators with paint and old adhesive still unpainted 

should be carefully cleaned from mechanical impurities, residues of old 

loose paint and degreased (the best solution is ETERNAL odmašťovač 

concentrate, or other suitable detergent followed by rinsing with water). 

Resand with sandpaper No. 220 any prominent defects from the original 

paint (drops, etc.) and then the radiators can receive two coats of email 

ETERNAL na radiátory with an interval between coats of 4–6 hours. 

Painting Wood: 

The surface is thoroughly cleaned from dust and impurities, resin 

site is removed (washing with thinner), the surface should be impregnated 

with a primer such as ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo with protective 

eff ects against wood-destroying fungi and wood discolourations 

and insect damage. In dry interiors it is possible to use primer FORTE 

penetral. After dry preparation, the surface should be lightly reground 

with fi ne sandpaper. The products, which should have a perfect smooth 

surface, should take one or two coats of ETERNAL na dřevo základní 

or ETERNAL mat Revital. The dried paint is then reground fi ne sandpaper. 

The prepared surface is then painted with two to three coats of 

email ETERNAL na radiátory with a time interval between coats of 4–6 

hours. When restoring the old coat of paint after cleaning and degreasing, 

reground with fi ne sandpaper and apply coats of email ETERNAL

ETERNAL na střechy upon proper agitation is applied to the prepared 

substrate by brush, roller or airless spray in one or two layers at the 

surface and surroundings in the range of 8 °C to 30 °C. Any second coat 

can be applied after min. 12 hours. Tools should be washed with water 

immediately after usage. 

Fibre-cement, concrete, unglazed and burnt wooden tiles must 

be completely rid of impurities, soot and moss, old non-stick coatings, 

degraded surface layers and degreased (the best solution is ETERNAL 

odmašťovač concentrate, or other suitable detergent followed by rinsing 

with water). This prepared surface should be completely saturated

a maximum of 5 wt. %), cohesive (tensile strength of concrete surface 

layers min. 1.5 MPa) and mature (min. 28 days) concrete base, free of 

all dirt, grease residues and paints. New and polished concrete surfaces 

must be blasted before application. A well-prepared concrete base 

must be treated with primer FORTE penetral. Minimum drying time 

for priming is 4 hours. Before applying ETERNAL na bazény, metal surfaces 

must be fi nished with quality anticorrosive paint (which is resistant 

to prolonged exposure to water SANAKRYL antikor EP. Laminated surfaces 

must be thoroughly cleaned (preferably surface-sanded with a fi ne 

sandpaper) and degreased (the best solution is ETERNAL odmašťovač

We cannot guarantee work which is applied to surfaces which have not

ETERNAL na bazény should be applied on a well prepared surface

an intermission between coats of 4–24 hrs, depending on the climatic 

conditions. ETERNAL na bazény can be diluted up to 5 to 10% water 

depending on the application type. Coatings can be performed at temperatures 

from 8 °C to 30 °C. 

Outdoor coats may be carried out under intense direct sunlight. 

Water can be run in the pool surface which has been primed earlier 

than 7 days after implementation of the second coating. Tools should be

ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo should not be thinned. It can 

only be diluted up to 5 wt. % water in case of less absorbent surafce. 

ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo is applied by brush or dipping to 

clean and dry surfaces, free of resin sites (i.e. washing the resin with a 

thinner), grease and loose layers. The quality of wood must comply with 

the Czech standards (CSN) for the given type of product, namely: the 

moisture content must be between 10 to 12% and the wood must not 

contain any traces of attack by wood decay fungus or oxidation. The 

temperature of the substrate and the surroundings must not fall below 

8 °C at any time during the drying process. The thus prepared substrate 

can be applied by other coating materials (e.g. ETERNAL na dřevo

ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá is designed for both indoor and 

outdoor wood glazing coatings, such as doors, fences, gables, pergolas, 

paneling, furniture, etc. The permanent elasticity is particularly suitable 

for soft wood and unstable surfaces. ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá can 

be used as a primer for ETERNAL PUR lak. The colorless shade is not 

suitable for use outdoors without further treatment.

Apply in two to three layers with recoating interval 4-6 hours (20 °C).

ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá is applied as is, without diluting. 

Only when applied as a fi rst layer on low absorption surfaces it can be diluted 

with max. 5 % water. When painting outdoor constructions (fences, 

pergolas etc.) and items located in high humidity environments it is recommended 

to use ETERNAL na dřevo napouštědlo to penetrate the 

surface, diluted with 20–40% water. In this case we also recommend to 

carry out three coatings using ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá. 

When applying, the temperature must be between 5–30 °C, the 

painted surface must not be exposed to direct sunlight. Used equipment 

should be washed with water after use. 

Examples of painting procedures: 

Wooden fences glaze coating 

1. Penetrating the surface by means of ETERNAL na dřevo 

napouštědlo diluted with 20-40% water (consumption 

0.10 kg/m2), drying 8–20 hours (20–25 °C) 

2. Light grinding (sand paper No. 150 to -180). 

3. 2–3 layers of ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá (total consumption 

0.12–0.15 kg/m2), technological break between coatings 

2–3 hours (20–25 °C). 

Wooden ceilings glaze coating 

1. One layer of ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá (consumption 

0,04–0,05 kg/m2), drying 2–3 hours (20–25 °C). ETERNAL lazura 

tenkovrstvá is not recommended to be diluted, in special circumstances 

you can add a maximum of 5 wt. % water. 

2. Light grinding (sand paper No. 150 to 180). 

3. 2 layers of ETERNAL lazura tenkovrstvá (total consumption

Application: 

Component A is mixed with component B in the ratio 1: 1 wt. parts 

with slow stirring for 5 minutes. After thorough mixing, the paint should 

be allowed to stand 15 minutes, then mix briefl y once again and apply. 

Can be diluted with water after the induction period to achieve the proper 

consistency for diff erent application techniques. ETERNAL epoxy stabil 

is applied with a brush, paint brush, roller, air or airless spray to the prepared 

surface fi ve hours after the primer has dried. Paint with two coats with 

an interval of 24 hours between coats. Temperature of the substrate 

and the environment during application must be at least 15 °C, relative 

humidity up to 80%. For proper drying process and prevention of 

the formation of coating defects it is necessary to work and dry with 

adequate ventilation. The paint should be done in layers of minimum 

thickness. For treatment it is recommended by 1 shake to coat suitable 

sand fraction (0.2 to 0.5 mm). The paint, which dries at 20 °C and 60 % rel. 

moisture is ready after 24 hours, after 3 days it is possible to mechanically 

strain. Fully cured coating is after 7 days. With low temperatures drying 

the paint takes much longer. 

Warning: 

The product formed by mixing components A and B is workable 

within 2 hours at 20 °C. After this time you can not use paint. Increased 

temperature signifi cantly reduces processing time. Work can not be performed 

at a relative humidity above 80%. Higher relative humidity may 

aff ect the process of drying the coating and the fi nal properties of the 

coating or cause defects. Tools should be washed with water immediately 

after usage.

ETERNAL rop–izol (ETERNAL petroleum insulation) is a water sol- 

uble paint, prepared from a special acrylic copolymer, pigments, fi llers 

and additives that give the paint some specifi c characteristics. ETERNAL 

rop–izol is characterized by fast drying, excellent adhesion to concrete 

surfaces, excellent resistance to weathering, chemical de-icing agents, 

temporary immunity for oil and some chemicals. It has a high diff usion resistance 

for CO2 and SO2. 

Usage: 

ETERNAL rop–izol coating is designed for interior and exterior 

coating of concrete substrates, cement screed or lime plaster. It serves as 

an insulating coating impounding reservoirs or concrete fl oors to capture 

the leakage of petroleum products into the subsoil, and for coating 

surfaces potentially contaminated with petroleum products and the 

surrounding short and some chemicals. The coating is resistant to dilute 

acids and alkalis (to a maximum concentration of 10 wt.%), kerosene, 

diesel fuel, heating oil, lubricating oils, gasoline, vegetable and animal 

fats, detergents, etc. The paint is not designed to isolate these eff ects 

from permanent chemicals and petroleum products, reliably withstands 

temporary load that is about 21 days. The paint is suitable for fi nishing 

concrete fl oors of garages, workshops, warehouses. Resists normal load 

reliably, but is not suitable for coating fl oors loaded sliding loads. The 

coating allows a good overlap of concrete cracks to a width of 0.3 mm. 

Due to the high diff use resistance for CO2 and SO2 ETERNAL rop–izol is 

suited for insulated and protective corrosion coatings concrete. 

ETERNAL rop–izol can not be used for coatings placed permanently 

under water and exposed to long-term high humidity. Not recommended 

for paints of highly troweled concrete without roughening 

the surface. Guarantees for coatings without prior preparation of the 

substrate cannot be given (see Preparation of substrate).

The surface for ETERNAL elast must be smooth and free from 

weathered parts, old paint (mechanical, pressure water blasting). Damaged 

areas of the surface must be repaired and corrected in a manner 

with a min. of 28 days. Cracks wider than 0.3 mm should be repaired by 

known technological procedures repaired permanently fl exible acrylic 

sealant, if necessary, use reinforcing fabric. Highly absorbent surfaces 

must fi rst be treated by primer FORTE penetral, if resistance to chemical 

defrosting agents is required, it is necessary to penetrate with ETERNAL 

elast, diluted with water in the ratio 3:1. ETERNAL elast can be applied 4 

hours after applying the primer. 

Application: 

ETERNAL elast is applied with a wide brush, paint brush, roller or 

airless spray at temperatures of 5 °C to 25 °C. Do not apply under intense 

direct sunlight. When using this paint, two coats with a total consumption 

of 0.4 kg / m2. 

When used on a facade which is cracked, it is applied in 2 to 3 layers 

of up to 0.3 kg / m2 per coat. The number of layers and the amount of 

matter is governed by the width of the cracks. The fi rst layer is advisable 

to paint with ETERNAL elast diluted 5 to 10 wt. % water. 

A break between coats, according to climatic conditions, 6–24

Application on asphalt strips 

We recommend properly repairing larger cracks (sealant prepared 

from the addition of SANAKRYL TOP and quartz sand with maximum 

grain size 0.5 mm) and bulges (excision and relabelling). SANAKRYL 

TOP is intended as basic as a top layer. The basic layer is applied to the 

properly prepared surface. 

Waterproofi ng system: 

For waterproofi ng layers to meet the imposed demands, it is necessary 

to use reinforcing fabric. The fabric is put into the fi rst fresh layer 

of SANAKRYL TOP. Total 2-3 layers are applied to the fabric in the 

entire area covered by SANAKRYL TOP. The last layer is a minimum 

usage of 1 kg / m2. Minimum total consumption of SANAKRYL TOP is 

2.5 kg / m2. 

Protective coating: 

SANAKRYL TOP can be applied as a protective coating with a consumption 

0.5-1 kg / m2. It is a protective coating that has properties of 

waterproofi ng systems. 

Protective polyurethane foam paint for roof: 

SANAKRYL TOP polyurethane foam is designed as a protective 

coating for thermal insulation of roofs from polyurethane foam. Application 

can be made within 7 days upon application by spaying, brush or

protection of building structures of concrete and steel 

Features: 

FORTISOL is a two component waterproofi ng sealing material 

with a moderate proportion of plasticity. It creates a seamless waterproofi 

ng layer with excellent adhesion to concrete. The hardened layer 

waterproof material is hardy, resistant to water pressure, even when the 

pressure is acting in the direction of the surface (ground water). FORTI- 

SOL can be applied to damp and not fully mature concrete. FORTISOL 

protects concrete structures against aggressive atmospheric infl uences. 

It prevents the penetration of CO2 and SO2 into concrete construction of 

underground tunnels and canals and water works. It also prevents the 

penetration of radon from the soil. 

Usage: 

FORTISOL is designed for outdoor and indoor insulation building 

materials, structures and foundations from ground waters in both new 

and old buildings. It also serves as protection of steel, concrete and reinforced 

concrete structures from water, moisture, atmospheric eff ects 

and corrosion. It can be also used as insulation under the tiles such as 

bathrooms, swimming pools, water tanks. It is also suitable to insulate 

tanks, septic tanks, sewers and underground tunnels, and water works

• Gaps and unevenness in the substrate must be repaired by FORTE

The surface must allow for continuous application of coats. 

• water leaks must be stopped before the application of FORTISOL 

by convenient sealant. Following sealing, it is appropriate to ensure 

that these places are reinforced with fi berglass material pressed 

into FORTISOL. 

• The corners and edges of the walls must be reinforced with fi berglass 

cloth or use a fl exible sealing strip FORTE into the FOR- 

TISOL, connecting the fl oor to the wall with cement mortar fi llet 

(fabion) and reinforced with fi berglass or use a fl exible sealing 

strip FORTE. 

Application: 

Pour FORTISOL component B (liquid) into a clean container, while 

slowly stirring sprinkle FORTISOL component A (loose). The mixing ratio 

of components is 3 wt. parts of component A with 1 wt. part of B 

until the waterproofi ng material is perfectly mixed, preferably with 

an electric drill with a mixer to eliminate lumps and froth. (minimum 

5 minutes). After this time the material should be left for 5 minutes and 

mixed again briefl y. Apply by brush, or stainless steel trowel to the prepared 

surface at least 4 hours after application of the primer. It is applied 

in layers no thicker than 1 mm, which corresponds to the consumption 

of 1.0 to 1.3 kg / m2. A break between each of the layers should be for 

24 hours.

FORTISOL 1K is a single waterproof sealing material that forms, 

when mixed with water and applied to a surface, a seamless waterproofing

layer of waterproof material prevents the penetration of ground water, 

even when the pressure acting in the direction of the surface. FORTI- 

SOL 1K protects structures from aggressive atmospheric infl uences,

Application: 

Pour the required amount of water into a clean container, while 

slowly stirring sprinkle FORTISOL 1K. The ratio of mixing loose materials 

with water is 100 wt. parts, bulk solids to 20 wt. parts water. You 

need 3 kg of water per one 15 kg pack of FORTISOL 1K. It is recommended 

to prepare only as much material as can be processed within 

one hour of mixing. FORTISOL 1K mixes perfectly with water, preferably 

with an electric drill with a mixer to eliminate lumps and froth. Mix at 

least for 5 minutes and then after 5 additional minutes mix briefl y again. 

Apply with suitable type of brush or stainless steel trowel to the prepared 

and moistened (not wet though) surface. In the event of priming with 

FORTE penetral, FORTISOL 1K can be applied after the fi rst 2 hours of

corresponds to consumption of 1.0 to 1.5 kg / m2. A break between the

After this time the mixture can be applied. FORTE BAK is applied 

on a consistent, repaired, cleaned and degreased surface free of loose 

parts and soaked in primer FORTE penetral. The fi rst layer is applied 

with a stainless steel trowel to a thickness of about 1.0 to 1.5 mm. Consumption 

of the priming agent is 1.8–2.7 kg/m2. After 24 hours, the second 

layer is applied with a trowel. This needs to be done quickly. After 

closing the applied surface layer, it is no longer possible to modify the 

surface appearance. To help achieve the look of solid surface fi nish without 

any trace of the impuritues, FORTE BAK can be made ready for the 

top layer by adding water.

upper layer is also possible to use a roller, so-called hedgehog (eg. TOP- 

TRADE leveling roller ø 106 188 120 x 230). The total thickness of the 

waterproofi ng is walkable from 2.0 to 2.5 mm, the total consumption of 

3.6 to 4.5 kg / m2. To apply the putty FORTE BAK is absolutely necessary 

to keep temperatures between ambient and surface 5 °C to 30 °C. 

At higher temperatures there is danger of the rapid drying of surface 

materials applied and subsequent cracking. Deposited material should 

be protected at least 24 hours before the rain, drying winds and intense 

direct sunlight. Tools should be washed with water after usage. Detailed 

work fl ow incl. technical solution details are given in the Application 

manual - Waterproofi ng. 

Surface: 

When waterproofi ng, the walking surface may be inconsistent in 

color due to the raw materials and varying thicknesses of FORTE BAK. 

For this reason, we recommend using on the surface FORTE BAK then 

(but no earlier than 14 days) paint with ETERNAL stabil in the selected 

color. The coating increases the level of aesthetic qualities to the balcony 

or terrace as well as decreases the wear on the resistance surface. Waterproofi 

ng can be done on outside breathable PVC fl ooring for terraces 

and balconies, is also possible to lay tiles. 

Manufacturer recommends that work with FORTE BAK be carried 

out by people who have had expert training. Training personnel are certifi 

ed by the manufacturer, which entitles them to the installation of this 

material. The acquired certifi cate also allows free use of advisory services 

and technical assessment of the state of objects in large investment 

projects.

of cement, graded silica sand and refi ning additives. It has very good

compensate for horizontal and vertical surfaces of silicate materials in a 

consistent thickness of one layer of 2 to 30 mm, creating a gradient of interlayers 

and thin screens indoors and outdoors. It allows for the creation 

of V-transitions. It does not have self-leveling properties. 

Usage: 

FORTE vyrovnávací hmota is designed for patching and leveling 

fl oors, balconies and waterproofi ng materials FORTE BAK, FORTISOL, 

FORTISOL 1K, preparing concrete fl oors before installing the surface 

layer, patching and leveling vertical surfaces. After a thorough priming, 

FORTE vyrovnávací hmota can also be used for anhydrite substrates.

Application: 

FORTE vyrovnávací hmota compound is prepared by mixing the 

dry mixture with clean cold water in a ratio of about 0.16 kg of water per 

1 kg of dry mixture (i.e. 4 liters of water per 25 kg bag) and stirring (eg. 

electric drill with a mixer speed to 500/min) for 3 minutes. The prescribed 

amount of water needs to be followed. Larger quantities of water are 

not wanted! When mixing, it is necessary to ensure that the mixture if 

free of air (tumbler under water mass in the container). The mixed material 

should stand for approx 5 minutes and again mix briefl y. The mixed 

material is applied to the prepared surface so as to achieve the best possible 

contact (pushing, spreading), excess tears are repaired and leveling 

the surface material is properly completed. The material must respect 

the expansion joints. The surface can be smooth or turned. The coat 

must be made in 12 hours and against rapid drying, rain and frost. After 

24 hours, the walking surface and can be glued with tiles, or apply other

clean cold water in a ratio of about 0.13 kg of water per 1 kg of dry mixture

with a mixer at low speed) for 3 minutes, into an easily workable mix. The

mixed add gravel grain size 4-8 mm at a rate of 2 kg of gravel to

well-processable material. For anchoring into the ground, it is suitable to 

use a proportion of gravel 4-8 mm grain size increased to 1 kg of gravel 

to 1 kg of dry mix FORTE opravný beton. The prepared material is processed 

by conventional procedures. When using the connecting bridge, 

it is necessary to apply a FORTE opravný beton to the connecting 

bridge. The edges of the repairs can be adjusted so that the surface hardening 

material can be smooth or turned. After about 2 hours the material 

is walkable. The layer must set for 12 hours to protect against rapid 

heat, rain and frost. The compound can be processed at a temperature 

(surface) and the environment between 5 °C to 25 °C. Porcessing time 

of prepared mass is about 30 minutes at 20 °C. FORTE opravný beton,

flexible adhesive mortar for tiles C2TE 

Features: 

FORTE fl ex is fl exible, powerful thin fl exible adhesive mortar for 

bonding ceramic tiles. It is made of cement, graded silica sand and refi ning 

additives. Classifi cation according to DIN EN 12004: cement mortar 

C2TE. It is characterized by high adhesion to the silicate surfaces and 

extended useful life. 

Usage: 

Flexible adhesive mortar FORTE fl ex is designed for bonding 

ceramic tiles and all kinds of tiles from dense concrete to mortar bed 

thickness of 2-5 mm in the interior and exterior, for routine work on waterproofi 

ng materials made using FORTISOL, FORTISOL 1K, FORTE 

BAK and areas with fl oor heating. The base can be plastered masonry, 

brickwork, accurate blocks, plasterboard, concrete, cement screeds and 

screed with high traffi c loads, even old pavement, precast concrete, etc., 

including areas with hot-water heating. After a thorough priming of the 

surface FORTE fl ex can be used on anhydrite substrates. It is not suitable 

for chemically aggressive environments.

The surface for bonding tiles is to be volume stable, smooth, free 

of dirt, loose parts, grease and dust, and dry. Gypsum board should be 

primed before bonding and primed with FORTE penetral, paint must 

be dry. Anhydrite substrates requires a thorough double priming. Unsuitable 

materials are bituminous materials, wood and materials with the 

proportion of wood, metal, glass, plastics, fi berglass and wallpaper. 

Application: 

For bonding ceramic tiles ambient temperature, surface and tiles 

between 5 °C to 25 °C is required. FORTE fl ex is prepared by mixing 

the dry mixture with clean cold water in a ratio of about 0.16 kg 

of water per 1 kg of dry mixture (i.e. 6.25 liters of water per 25 kg bag) 

and thoroughly mixing (eg. electric drill with a mixer speed to 200 / 

min.). It is forbidden to add any other ingredients. When mixing, it is 

necessary to ensure that the mixture if free of air (tumbler under water 

mass in the container). The mixed material should stand for approx.

10 minutes and again mix briefl y. The properly prepared mixture can 

be applied with a notched trowel to cleave the substrate and keep 

the shape of the teeth. When gluing tiles, apply FORTE fl ex onto the 

prepared surface with stretches on the fl at side of the notched trowel 

and adjust it away. For elements of the format to 200 x 200 mm one 

should use fl oat teeth 6 mm, for size to 350 x 350 mm trowel with 

notches 8 mm, for larger sizes trowel with the notches 10 mm. Gear 

fl oat should be selected with regard to the fl atness of the surface and 

the reverse pattern bonded elements. To lay the vertical tiles, push 

and shift shortly, to lay horizontal tiles place and tap with a rubber 

mallet. When done properly, tiles must be upright, and bonded to at 

least 75% of the area, internal paving at least 85% of the area, exterior 

paving at least 95% of the area. Compliance with the connection to 

the surface should be checked randomly by glued separating element 

and check the coverage area of the back adhesive mortar. FORTE fl ex 

should be applied only to the area, which will be clad in 10 minutes, to 

fi nish the mortar which is not dry before lining. Processing time of prepared 

mortar is 2 hours (20 °C); it is infl uenced by temperature, humidity 

and airfl ow. FORTE fl ex which already shows signs of hardening cannot 

be stirred with water and used! Before grouting, it is necessary to let the 

mortar set for 24-48 hours. When tiling, it is necessary to consider the 

tile surface expansion joints. Respect for expansion joints, including the 

perimeter expansion is particularly important in areas with underfl oor 

heating. Equipment used should be washed after use with water.

Features: 

SANATHERM LZH is a powdered adhesive which is made of inor- 

ganic fi llers with the addition of powdered acrylic copolymer. After addition 

of water it becomes an easily workable adhesive featuring glued 

adhesion to the surface material, also. 

Usage: 

SANATHERM LZH is used to bond thermal insulation boards on 

the repaired surface and primed walls of buildings with a heated SANA- 

THERM system. Further SANATHERM LZH is used to create a base layer 

reinforced with reinforcing mesh on the surface of thermal insulation 

boards.

Application: 

Into a clean container, pour 1 wt. volume of water and while stirring, 

sprinkle with 4 wt. SANATHERM LZH. The mixture is thoroughly 

stirred for fi ve minutes, ten minutes left to set, and then after this time 

stirred for two minutes. During processing more water should not be 

added into the mixture. Create a frame about 6 cm wide on the perimeter 

of polystyrene thermal insulation boards from the adhesive 

and several spots of at least 10 cm in the board area. The plate is 

placed on the surface and pressed against it. On the mineral insulation 

boards the sealant is applied in the whole area of a notched trowel. 

After placement of all boards, elaboration of details and unevenness 

adjustment wait 24 hours at least before applying the sealant using 

a stainless steel trowel on the insulating plate, prepared as described 

above and press the reinforcing fabric into the layer. Another strip of 

fabric is placed in a layer of sealant with 10 cm overlap. After pressing 

the fabric into the sealant apply an additional sealant layer alignment 

in a way "wet on wet". The total layer thickness of the sealant used for

the reinforcement fabric is 3-4 mm. Work with reinforcement adhesive 

sealant, SANATHERM LZH at temperatures from 5 °C to 25 °C. It is 

forbidden to mix any other ingredients. Tools should be washed with

It has good water vapor permeability and is waterproof. Selection 

of colors by Austis Anorganic pattern book which use lightfast inorganic 

pigments guarantess long lasting stability of colors on the walls exposed 

to intense sunlight.

omítkovina is applied by a stainless steel trowel (40 x 15 cm) after 

6 hour waiting time. 

The render is applied in a layer of thickness corresponding to the 

grain size of coarse aggregates. Excessive render should be removed 

using the same instrument. After the initial setting (5-40 min, depending 

on the conditions) the adjustment is completed by a plastic trowel 

- smooth render by circular motion, trowelled render according to the 

desired structure by vertical or horizontal strokes, cross strokes or circular 

motion. The work can be performed at temperatures between 5 °C 

to 25 °C but is not recommended for application under direct intense 

sunlight. Tools should be washed with water after usage. 

Warning: 

Material intended for continuous surface must be homogenized by 

mixing in a larger container in order to ensure even color appearance. 

The continuous area is necessary to be worked on without interruption.
