TWO KINDS OF CONSPIRACY, by Gary NorthAmericans now know who they are and what they are. It is nowimpossible for them to hide completely. So they are attempting todeflect the charge of "conspiracy" by going partially public. Thistactic can be seen in David Rockefeller's defense of the TrilateralCommission in a letter to the editor in the New York Times (August25, 1980):Is the commission secretive? Not at all. Secrecyhas been basic to their plans. This secrecy is not so secure as it wasprior to 1960. But they still use the tactic of ridiculing all conspiracytheories of history, as we have seen. So they have adopted the tactic ofridiculing as infantile everyone who advocates a conspiracy view ofhistory.Contrary to what you might think, conspiracy theories can be veryhttp://freebooks.commentary.net/freebooks/docs/html/gnco/html/4.htm (7 of 11) [5/26/2000 1:48:09 PM]
