The process of improving the efficiency

and will point you in the direction of

As illustrated in Figure 3.1, the process
is ongoing. Once your key priorities
have been targeted, you will be able
to address more areas of your van
operations and allow for a continual
cycle of improvement to take place.
It is important that there is an
individual or group in the organisation
who is familiar with the process and
is able to take a lead on implementing
the actions. They should keep it on
track and be clear about the changes
that are taking place and who should
be involved at each stage.
