This type of development (which doesn’t requiresubdivision of land) is eligible for the MSHCP ERP (see Section 3.2 for a Plan Area-widediscussion of ERP activities).As a result of this rough step analysis, the RCA and Permittees are refocusing acquisition effortsto acquire coastal sage scrub; grasslands; riparian scrub, woodland, and forest; <strong>Riverside</strong>analluvial fan sage scrub; and woodlands and forests vegetation communities. In early 2006, theRCA acquired 37 acres of grassland and 16 acres of woodlands and forests.
