The <strong>Lahti</strong> University Consortium is a<br />
network university established by four<br />
Finnish universities. It specialises in<br />
environmental, technical and economic<br />
sciences, as well as social and pedagogical<br />
sciences. The Department of Ecological<br />
and Environmental Sciences is the only<br />
science department of the University of<br />
Helsinki, which is located outside the<br />
