UltraPrep Diamond Lapp<strong>in</strong>g Film Products are <strong>for</strong>mulated <strong>for</strong> f<strong>in</strong>e gr<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g of hard materials<br />

such as ceramic and glass ferrules. Diamond particles are res<strong>in</strong> bonded to a uni<strong>for</strong>m and durable 3<br />

mil polyester back<strong>in</strong>g. Their consistency, f<strong>in</strong>e size distribution, and super-abrasive characteristics<br />

make UltraPrep Diamond Lapp<strong>in</strong>g Films the best choice <strong>for</strong> gr<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g ceramic ferrules. <strong>Buehler</strong> offers<br />

UltraPrep Type A and UltraPrep Type B Diamond Lapp<strong>in</strong>g Films <strong>in</strong> both pressure-sensitive adhesive<br />

(PSA) and pla<strong>in</strong> backed versions. (Dependant on specific diameter).<br />
