Non-Emergency CI RICE 300 < HP ≤ 500The <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall conduct an initial performance test to demonstratecompliance with the CO or formaldehyde emissions percent reduction orconcentration limit, as applicable.g. The <strong>Permit</strong>tee operating one <strong>of</strong> the following stationary RICE subject to workor management practices shall demonstrate continuous compliance by operatingand maintaining the stationary RICE according to the manufacturer’s emissionrelatedoperation and maintenance instructions; or develop and follow amaintenance plan which must provide to the extent practicable for themaintenance and operation <strong>of</strong> the engine in a manner consistent with good airpollution control practice for minimizing emissions:i. Non-Emergency CI RICE ≤ 300 HPii.iii.iv.Non-Emergency 2 SLBNon-Emergency 4SLB and 4SRB RICE ≤ 500 HPNon-Emergency 4SLB and 4SRB RICE > 500 HP that operate lessthan 24 hours per calendar year.C. Subsequent Performance Tests [40 CFR 63.6612, Table 3 & 6 <strong>of</strong> 40 CFR subpart ZZZZ]1. Non-Emergency CI RICE, 4SLB and 4SRB RICE > 500 HP And Not Limited UseThe <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall conduct subsequent performance tests every 8760 hours or 3 years,whichever comes first, as specified in Table 3 <strong>of</strong> 40 CFR Part 63 subpart ZZZZ, for thefollowing RICE subject to the emission limitations and operating limitationsa. Non-emergency, CI stationary RICE with a brake horsepower > 500 horsepowerthat are operated more than 24 hours per calendar year and are not limited usestationary RICE and with or without use <strong>of</strong> oxidation catalyst or NSCR.b. Non-emergency, 4SLB and 4SRB stationary RICE with a brake horsepower >500that are operated more than 24 hours per calendar year that are not limited usestationary RICE and with or without use <strong>of</strong> oxidation catalyst or NSCR.2. Non-Emergency CI RICE, 4SLB and 4SRB RICE > 500 HP – Limited UseThe <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall conduct subsequent performance tests every 8760 hours or 5 years,whichever comes first, as specified in Table 3 <strong>of</strong> 40 CFR Part 63 subpart ZZZZ, for thefollowing RICE subject to the emission limitations and operating limitationsa.
