There must be no debts overdue for morethan one year, fulfilling all State-required financial dutiesand enjoyed a healthy financial status up to the point oflisting registration- Fulfilled other requirements of Decree No.14/2007/NĐ-CPdated January 19, 2007 and Decree No.84/2010/NĐ-CPdated August 2, 2010.Trading times:8.30am to 11.00am from Monday to Friday, except publicholidays stipulated by the Labor Code.Trading method:Continuous order matching and negotiations.Tick size:- Continuous order matching method: VND100.Trading unit:- Continuous order matching method: 100 shares- Negotiation method: no trading unit- For trading odd lots from one to 99 shares, investors areentitled to require member securities companies to buyback shares at the negotiated price, which by no meansexceeds the collar applied at HNX.Minimum trading volume (exclusively applied fornegotiation method): 5,000 shares.19
