(Que Centre Group), 150 State Street, Suite 120,Rochester, New York 14614. C&S will provide its Que Centre web-based maintenancemanagement software to a number of districts. BOCES will pay an amount based onthe number of participating districts and RWADA. The contract period is July 1, 2011through June 30, 2012, with successive one-year renewals. Capital Computer will provide its sub-licensing and support ofWinCap software provided to a number of school districts. BOCES will pay an amountbased on the number of participating districts, sub-licenses and modules chosen asshown on Exhibit D. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES andFiber Technologies Networks, L.L.C., 300 Meridian Centre, Rochester, New York14618. Fiber Technologies will provide 100Mbps network connectivity from theNERIC Data Center to the Fibertech POP in Syracuse for connectivity to theNYSERNet R&E Network. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-SaratogaBOCES and Mindex Technologies, Inc., 3495 Winston Place, Building E, Suite 4,Rochester, New York 14603. Mindex will provide its SchoolTool student managementsystem to a number of districts. BOCES will pay an amount based on the number ofparticipating districts and RWADA as shown on Schedule C.
