Dedrickas District Superintendent. The motion passed unanimously.WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the Employment Agreement datedOctober 19, 2009, as amended on October 18, 2010, with Dr. Charles S. Dedrick asDistrict Superintendent of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services for theSole Supervisory District of Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga Counties, theBoard, having met and conferred, is desirous of modifying the Agreement, and,AMENDMENT TOTHE EMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT OF DR.CHARLES S.DEDRICKWHEREAS, at the request of the Board, Counsel to the BOCES has preparedan Amendment to the Agreement for terms and conditions of employment between theDistrict Superintendent and the BOCES Board, effective June 30, 2011, with suchAmendment extending the expiration of the District’s Superintendent’s Agreement fora period of one (1) year so as to expire on June 30, 2014; andWHEREAS, the Board and the District Superintendent agree to such proposedAmendment.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of CooperativeEducational Services for the Sole Supervisory District of Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga Counties hereby accepts and agrees to the Amendment to the Agreement, datedJune 20, 2011 (as attached herewith), and hereby authorizes the Board President, or theVice President in his absence, to execute said Amendment on behalf of the Board of theAlbany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES.Board Members discussed the following:- Career and Technical Education graduation and awards ceremony for the Albanyand Schoharie studentsBOARD MEMBERREPORTS
