Regular Meeting - - June 20, 2011 Page 2635. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-SaratogaBOCES and MML Software, Ltd. (d/b/a Finance Manager), 45 Research Way, Suite207, East Setauket, New York 11733. MML will provide its Finance Managersoftware suite, support and maintenance to a number of school districts. BOCES willpay an amount based on the number of participating districts and RWADA as shown onSchedule C. The contract period is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, the lastrenewal option for the original contract which was approved on June 15, 2009. (2009-077ae-RIC)36. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES andNaviance, Inc., 3033 Wilson Blvd., Suite 500, Arlington, Virginia 22201. Naviancewill provide Naviance Succeed products and supporting services to a number ofdistricts. BOCES will pay $13,637 per year. The contract period is July 1, 2011through June 30, 2012, with successive one-year renewals. (2011-161-RIC)37. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES andNYSERNet, 385 Jordan Road, Troy, New York 12180. NYSERNet will provide25Mbps dedicated access service onto the NYSERNet R&E Network. BOCES willpay $27,000. per year. The contract period is approximately July 1, 2011 through June30, 2012. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-SaratogaBOCES and PLATO Learning, Inc., 10801 Nesbitt Avenue South, Bloomington,Minnesota 55437. PLATO will provide learning content and intellectual property toa number of districts. BOCES will pay an amount based on the number of participatingdistricts and RWADA. The contract period is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, withsuccessive one-year renewals. The original contract was approved on June 16, 2008.(2009-208e-RIC)40. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-SaratogaBOCES and Schoolnet, Inc., 525 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York 10018.Schoolnet will provide licensing, support, hosting, maintenance, training, andimplementation for GradeSpeed and Parent Connection software modules and OnlineCourse Requests and Custom Report Cards Modules (collectively known as the CoreSoftware and Optional Software) to BOCES and its school districts. BOCES will payan amount based on the number of participating districts and modules chosen. Thecontract period is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, with successive one-yearrenewal periods. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES andWireless Generation, Inc., 55 Washington Street, 9th Floor, Brooklyn, New York11201. Wireless Generation will provide various electronic assessments andproprietary data collection systems synchronized to unique data analysis tools insupport of NERIC services. BOCES will provide a Special Education Program to students residing inthe Adolescent Psychiatry Unit house at Ellis Hospital. There are no fees involved.The contract period is September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
