PLATO will provide learning content and intellectual property toa number of districts. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay an amount based on the number of participatingdistricts and RWADA. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga<strong>BOCES</strong> and Schoolnet, Inc., 525 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York 10018.Schoolnet will provide licensing, support, hosting, maintenance, training, andimplementation for GradeSpeed and Parent Connection software modules and OnlineCourse Requests and Custom Report Cards Modules (collectively known as the CoreSoftware and Optional Software) to <strong>BOCES</strong> and its school districts. <strong>BOCES</strong> will payan amount based on the number of participating districts and modules chosen. Wireless Generation will provide various electronic assessments andproprietary data collection systems synchronized to unique data analysis tools insupport of NERIC services.
