Staff <strong>Reporting</strong> (continued):<br />
• Attendance<br />
– Total attendance, absence days <strong>and</strong> longer term illness<br />
• Separation Status, Date <strong>and</strong> Reason (if applicable) for staff<br />
that will not be returning next school year<br />
– Do no use separation status “U” at yearend – not valid<br />
• CJ Records<br />
– If a staff member is reported in October with FTE to a school<br />
district <strong>and</strong> students are no longer in course at yearend, it is<br />
important for a CJ record to be reprote<br />
• CC records<br />
– for yearend reporting report any contract that was in effect at<br />
any point during the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30)
