Graduation Situation #5
Student was reported as a dropout in 12N and only needed to pass OGT to be a
graduate (SUMMER GRADUATE).
12N
• Student reported withdrawn with withdrawal reason 75
12G
• FN-Attributes No Date Tab
– Diploma Information
– Core requirements
• GC – Graduation Core Summary
• GX – Summer OGT scores (only those that allowed graduation)
13K
• Nothing district would request student override in 13K (correct method)
– (DASL districts would need to go to 11-12 School year and change withdrawal date to 99 and
report all required graduate data, so student’s graduation data will roll into EMIS 12G).
(Other option):
• Student re-admitted in 13K using a summer date (example: 7/1/2012)
• Student is then reported as a summer graduate using a withdrawal date before school starts
in 13K
• This option will correct error on Graduation Information report
