Grade Schedule (DL)<br />
• Report one DL record for each grade level in the school<br />
building<br />
• Annual Days In Session<br />
• Annual hours in session (reported by Community Schools Only)<br />
• Date of Spring Administration of Math Test for grades that<br />
are administered the OGT or OAA – if grade level does not<br />
have test then report “00000000”<br />
• Hours per day – Do not add additional time for calamity<br />
days made up or subtract any time for any school delays or<br />
early releases<br />
• First Day of School <strong>and</strong> Last Day of School
