Authoritiesare developing initiatives to manage the traffic, but no remedial strategy can be better than theinformation upon which it has to rely. Air pollution, both indoor and outdoor, is a significant cause ofhealth problems worldwide. Urban and rural outdoor environments contain infections, allergens,irritants and chemical toxins that can reduce the quality of life and cause disease. This paper presents a method and a tool forcollecting these data based on cheap GPS devices.
