74Furze Platt Triangle Conservation Area AppraisalFive year Conservation Area Management PlanThe overall aim of the Conservation Area Management Plan is to preserve or enhance the special architecturaland historic character of the Conservation Area. The designation of a Conservation Area is not intended toprevent any new development taking place within the area.
