74<strong>Furze</strong> <strong>Platt</strong> <strong>Triangle</strong> Conservation Area AppraisalFive year Conservation Area Management Plan<strong>The</strong> overall aim <strong>of</strong> the Conservation Area Management Plan is to preserve or enhance the special architectural<strong>and</strong> historic character <strong>of</strong> the Conservation Area. <strong>The</strong> designation <strong>of</strong> a Conservation Area is not intended toprevent any new development taking place within the area.
