Dear Customers, dear Colleagues,
At Marlow Navigation, we believe in constant
learning and improvement. It is for this reason
that we have established the Marlow Naviga‐
tion Training Center in Manila.
Our training activities are addressed to all our
seafarers, starting from cadets and young
trainees that have never sailed to the seasoned
seafarer, as a rating or as an officer. The training activities are an integral part of the company’s
competence management system that should provide for Controlled Accelerated Promotion
(CAP).
Our training activities should assist our seafarers to perform better and assist in their career
progress, as our main interest lies in providing our clients with well qualified crew.
The course catalogue should familiarize you with the premises and the equipment as well as
the instructors, and it should give you an easy overview of the courses for familiarization or up‐
grading and the cadet programs available at MNTC Manila.
Constant learning and improvement is not limited to our seafarers alone but also includes the
premises and equipment, the instructors and administrators and the procedures and methodol‐
ogy involved in training. We therefore require your feedback on all of the above and we wel‐
come comments and suggestions in order to give us an opportunity to further improve on the
training and on our services.
