46The previous list of obvious tasks will have to be refined and the Study Teamwill then attempt to obtain examples and other input to estimate the timerequirements. The duration for implementation will be a key element, whichwill be included in the Request for Tenders, and will be used to adjudicate thetenders in order to meet the required deadlines.
