671.6.5 Consultants CommitteeThe Consultants Committee is a technical committee under the chairmanshipof the lead consultant, Mr. Olaus van Zyl from Khuthele Projects, whereissues of a technical nature and the project management aspects are dealtwith. This committee meets on a frequent basis, which is weekly or twicemonthly for the initial stages of the project. The frequency will be judgedthroughout the project, to ensure that sufficient co-ordination can be ensured.This committee will, furthermore, act as the main internal project co-ordinationstructure where issues of common concern will be dealt with.
