Develop your basic Spanish skills for travelling and start developing<br />
your ability to greet people, talk about yourself, get information<br />
from others, give and ask directions and more. Also<br />
learn about Spanish culture. Handouts are included. Students<br />
should have some basic Spanish skills before entering the class.<br />

Prerequisite: Beginner Spanish or equivalent (about 54 hours of<br />
instruction). Refresh your Spanish for everyday situations and<br />
continue to improve your communication skills. Continue to<br />
learn new verb tenses. Further develop your listening, speaking<br />
and writing skills. Handouts included.<br />

Prerequisite: a minimum of 180 hours of Spanish instruction<br />
or equivalent. This class is for those who wish to refine their<br />
listening and speaking skills. There will also be some reading<br />
and writing. Use the language in context, through themes,<br />
oral presentations, class discussion of current events, history<br />
and culture. Please note – no class will be held February 22.<br />
