BE IT RESOLVED, that the Paterson Board of Education approves the participation inthe grant provided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to the Paterson CommunityHealth Center, in accordance with an agreement to be executed by the parties.Resolution No. A-5WHEREAS, according to New Jersey Administrative Code 6A:14, the Paterson PublicSchool District is required to place District students in an appropriate educational facilityas per their I.E.P.; andWHEREAS, the District wishes to remain compliant with State & Federal requirements;and now thereforeBE IT RESOLVED, that the Paterson Public School District approves contracts with AllCan Excel (A.C.E.)
