Resolution No. C-3WHEREAS, there is a need to request district taxes, exclusive of debt servicerequirements, to meet the needs of the School District for the month of November 2005;and now thereforeBE IT RESOLVED, that the Paterson Board of Education approves the request ofDistrict taxes, exclusive of debt service requirements, needed to meet the obligations ofthe School District, for the month of November 2005, in the amount of $3,032,414.75,and that the City of Paterson is hereby requested to place in the hands of the Custodianof School Moneys that amount within the next thirty (30) days, in accordance with thestatutes relating thereto; andBE IT FUR<strong>THE</strong>R RESOLVED, that the Paterson Board of Education approves themonthly certification of the State District Superintendent/Board of Education for themonth of November 2005, attached hereto and made a part of the minutes.Resolution No. C-4WHEREAS, the New Jersey Administrative Code 6:20-2.13 (a) – (c) requires the BoardSecretary and the Board of Education to certify that no budgetary line item account hasbeen over-expended and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’sfinancial obligations; and now thereforeBE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves transfer of funds within the2005-2006 school year budget, for the month of July 2005, so that no budgetary lineitem account has been over-expended and that sufficient funds are available to meetthe district’s financial obligations, as requested by various budget managers, and asidentified in the list of transfers attached hereto and made a part of the minutes.Resolution No. C-5WHEREAS, the New Jersey Administrative Code 6:20-2.13 (a) – (c) requires the BoardSecretary and the Board of Education to certify that no budgetary line item account hasbeen over-expended and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’sfinancial obligations; and now thereforeBE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves transfer of funds within the2005-2006 school year budget, for the month of August 2005, so that no budgetary lineitem account has been over-expended and that sufficient funds are available to meetthe district’s financial obligations, as requested by various budget managers, and asidentified in the list of transfers attached hereto and made a part of the minutes.Resolution No. C-6WHEREAS, Paterson Public Schools are required by New Jersey Administrative Code6:23-2.2(a) to prepare monthly Financial Statements; andWHEREAS, the School Business Administrator has prepared and presented the BoardSecretary Report A148 and the Report of the Treasurer A149 including the cashreconciliation for the month of July 2005; and now thereforePage 35 11/9/05
