Posters should be mounted with double sided tape only. Assistance and material for mounting the posters will be available from set-uptime (see below), at the poster desk in the poster area.Poster Viewing and Presentation Posters will be on display in the poster area for four days and will be open forviewing during exhibition hours. Poster authors are requested to be present at their poster during the entirepresentation time (see below) to attend the Poster-walks. During these walks,an expert in the field will discuss posters in the same poster session, togetherwith interested congress participants.Poster Material Removing Material should be removed before 12.00 hours on Thursday, September 7. If posters are not removed within the time for dismantling,your poster will be removed and destroyed by the congress organiser.Speaker Ready RoomThe Speaker Ready Room is located in room 1.51 on the first floor of the CTICC. Speakersare requested to bring their presentations to the Speaker Ready Room on USB stick,CD-Rom or Zip-diskette at least 3 hours before your presentation is scheduled. Youmay also bring your laptop for copying your presentation to the main computer, whichwill be used for sending the presentations to the different meeting rooms.
