… has been awarded the mechanical HVAC,
medical gases and plumbing work for the
“3rd Floor Cath Lab” located at the Villages
Regional Hospital. The project is valued at
$70,000 and consists of the renovation and
retrofitting of the existing 3rd Floor Cath Lab.
This remodeling project is being performed
in and around occupied areas within the
hospital, which requires special negative
air and filtration systems that prohibit cross
contamination during the construction
process. The HVAC, plumbing and medical
gas systems being added and modified include:
One Liebert air handling unit with dry
cooler and pumps, air duct systems, piping,
building automation controls, medical gas
pedestal with (7) outlets and plumbing. The
project is scheduled for completion by October
2010. CES is under contract with Charles
Perry General Contractors.
