Mobile Specialties
The Williamson County Board of Education,
Franklin-TN., has awarded a one-year
contract to Mobile Specialties d/b/a Mobile
Walkways (MSI) of Sanford, FL., along with its
subcontractors, to pre-engineer and install
a new re-locatable covered walkway canopy
system for the Hillsboro K-8 School. The re-locatable
covered canopy walkway system will
use the patent pending design to help protect
students from weather and give high-quality
product that can be completely re-located,
100% Green, at a later/needed time to the
school and/or facility operations.
The re-locatable covered canopy walkway
system is the world's only temporary/permanent
re-locatable system approved by the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers. Begun in 2005, it
is now distributed all over the U.S. The goal
of the re-locatable covered canopy walkway
system is to provide quality cost efficient canopy
quicker, and more directly, to temporary
facilities and general contractors.
Piranha Network Cabling, Inc.
… announced its completion of a multi-faceted,
technology design and installation project
for the Digital Animation and Visual Effects
(DAVE) School in Orlando. The project included
electrical, audio visual and structured
cabling requirements to accommodate the
16,000 square foot school’s sophisticated
technology needs.
… announced its win of a structured cabling
installation project (both Category 6 and fiber
optic) for the rental car agencies at Tampa International
Airport. Sentry Electric of Orlando
has employed Piranha to relocate and reconnect
the rental agency’s data facilities during
the remodel of two airport parking structures.

… was recently awarded the roofing package for
the new Polk County Winter Haven High School
Freshman Academy for MM Parrish Construction
Co. This 35,000 square foot roof package
includes the pre-engineered light gauge metal
roof trusses, metal roof deck, standing seam
metal roof panels, and aluminum soffit panels.
