upgrade to Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare’s
facility on Mercy Drive in Orlando.
R.C. Stevens Construction Company also
renovated 24,000-square-feet of the existing
140,000-square-foot facility into space that
will provide outpatient therapy and other
clinical programs.

construction services for Coca-Cola North
America’s Northampton, MA plant expansion
and renovation. R. C. Stevens has provided
continuous construction services to CCNA for
over 40 years. Construction started in August
with an expected completion in April 2011.
… has completed construction on the Center
for Drug Free Living (CFDFL), a treatment
facility recognized for combating chemical
dependency among veterans in the Central
Florida Community. The project totals
8,000-square-feet of new construction and is
located on the corner of Rio Grande Ave. and
Michigan St. The building contains eight residential
units, a laundry facility and meeting
room. This is the first of four phases that will
eventually encompass the entire block and
replace several existing structures currently
occupied by CFDFL.

the Little Mermaid” project located in the Fantasyland

Disney World. The scope of the work includes
performing the HVAC, Plumbing and Hydraulic
systems on a new ride which will take visitors
through scenes and music based on the popular
Disney movie, The Little Mermaid.
