OUR BACHELOR AND MASTER PROGRAMS At Munich Business School, we place the highest premium on preparing students for the real world. BACHELOR IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS Our program for your first academic degree is dedicated to starting our students out on a solid path that will allow them to make an easy transition into any corporate setting. This means that you’ll find motivated graduates with strong foundational skills, experience-based knowledge and a professional demeanor. BRINGING A BUSINESS IDEA TO LIFE The foundation of any successful enterprise is to take a strong idea and to develop strategies that will see it through to its fruition. It’s how ideas become reality. This is especially true in the corporate world, where the difference between success and failure rests on the determination of the team. Thus, we continually challenge our students to apply the economic knowledge they’ve gathered to real-world applications. From this process, our graduates take with them the confidence to see any project to its completion, from start to finish. This will, in turn, give you the confidence to entrust them with your most pressing matters. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: APPLIED Solid social responsibility and unclouded business ethics help lay the foundation for a good leader. Our graduates will take with them experience in developing social or nonprofit business plans, created in a workshop environment with teammates. This not only bolsters their leadership and collaborative skills but helps them develop that ethical attribute that has become so necessary in all business today: a social conscience. It’s what helps to make a difference. UNDERSTANDING THE BIG PICTURE In addition to equipping our students with a deep understanding of project management, we take the time to provide them with a different perspective, a “big picture” look at how cultural and historical developments affect the present day. For that, we require each student to take the class “Economic and Cultural History” for at least four semesters. This helps students to broaden their worldview and to place current events into a rich historical context. It develops them into well-rounded thinkers who won’t get lost in the details and who will make a smart, savvy addition to your team. bachelor.munich-business-school.de MASTER IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS In the Munich Business School’s Master’s program, we help our students take their skills to the next level. Intensive courses, advanced specializations and real-life business scenarios prepare them to be effective leaders and team players. Steeped in detailed business procedures and the latest scientific methods, they emerge from MBA ready to take on the most demanding corporate challenges. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS For our MA graduates, project management skills are the key to their future. We help them unlock this door by immersing them in projects that hone these essential qualities. They complete projects commissioned by large corporations – including Audi, BMW and FC Bayern Munich – and compete to have these corporations implement their ideas. It’s a hands-on introduction to project management in which our students set goals, delegate jobs and deliver presentations in a real boardroom. A challenging but rewarding endeavor, it has proven to be an invaluable experience for our graduates and a prized asset for their future employers. DUAL DEGREE FOR TWICE EXPERIENCE To some of our highest-achieving students, we offer the opportunity to earn two Master’s degrees simultaneously. Our students work in conjunction with top-ranked partner universities, where they spend a year applying and enhancing what they learned at MBS. Two degrees means two specialties – and highly versatile employees, primed for the challenges that lie ahead. SUCCESS THROUGH INNOVATION At the heart of all of our business endeavors lies the question: what do we do with new ideas? Innovation is the lifeblood of success, and every corporation needs leaders who are able to recognize those valuable ideas and to create strategies that will bring them to life. At MBS, our Forum Innovation Management program offers our graduate students the chance to run with their ideas: develop a project plan, delegate tasks, choose corporate collaborators and finally put their plan to the test.
