Location of Districts: The location and boundaries ofthese districts shall be as shown on the <strong>Zoning</strong> Map of theTown of <strong>North</strong> <strong>Brookfield</strong>, dated May 7, 2004 which shall beon file in the Office of the Town Clerk. The zoning Map withthe explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part ofthis <strong>By</strong> law.C. Interpretation of District. Boundaries:1. Where a right of way, street, railroad or water course isshown on the map as a district boundary, the center linethereof is the actual boundary2. Where a district boundary is shown approximately parallelto a street it shall be deemed parallel to the exterior lineof the right of way of the street and at such distancetherefrom as indicated on the <strong>Zoning</strong> Map.3. Where district boundary lines specifically followprivate, public or institutional property lines, saidboundaries shall be considered to be fixed as of the datesaid districts were established.D. One Residential Building per Lot.1. In all districts each building for residential use shallbe located on a separate lot which complies with theregulations specified for the district where located.Sect. IV. USE REGULATIONS: Except as hereinafter provided nobuilding or structure shall be constructed, altered ormaintained and no building, structure or land shall be usedfor any purpose or in any manner other than as indicted forthe district in which the use is situated.A.
