CEE markets. Martin holds a degree in Business Management from
the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen. Westdeutsche

He was born in Thessaloniki in 1958. He finished high school in
Michigan USA. After 3 years of architectural studies in Bucharest he
continued his studies and graduated from the School of Architecture
in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 1990 he began his
career with the company “ARK TEAM LTD Design”, having as an
object the design and construction of retail spaces. In 1997 the
company has focused only to construction, and was named ARCON
CONSTRUCTIONS SA. Today he is the Managing Director of ARCON
in all four premises, in Athens, Thessaloniki, Bucharest - Romania
(2000), Sophia - Bulgaria (2004). He is married to Vassiliki Foka.
They have 2 daughters.

Hakan is the Country Manager of HSH Real Estate A.G. Turkey which
is a 100% sunsidiary of HSH Nordbank A.G. Prior, Hakan has headed
numerous construction and real estate projects for international
companies such as Skanska, LendLease and McDonalds as well as
local corporations of Turkey. He has been active in the Turkish market
within commercial, and residential building sectors. Hakan has been
a board member of PMI Istanbul, ICSC Turkey and is a member of
GYODER Association and ULI Turkey. Hakan holds a Civil Engineering
degree (MSc.) and speaks fluent English.
