Jérôme Peyrard is Director for Real Estate and Expansion of Cora
where he is managing company’s operations in Central Europe. As
such, he is responsible for assets management and the identification,
valuation, and consummation of all new investments in the region,
with a particular concentration in Hungary, Romania, and Serbia.
Prior to joining Louis Delhaize Group, he held previous directorships
throughout Western Europe with other companies including Multi
Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle. In addition, Jérôme post-gratuated
in Property from La Sorbonne University of Paris.

Stephen started his Retail Real Estate career with Jones Lang
LaSalle as Asset manager and retail consultant for Adia, DGI,
EuroCommercial etc. In 2002, Stephen became General Manager of
Apsys Polska managing 16 major Shopping centres for institutional
investors (GE, Heitman, Dawnay Day, Pradera…), and developments
such as Manufaktura in Lodz, one of Europe’s largest urbanregeneration
retail/leisure projects. In France, Apsys heads 14 active
developments, and the group is also present in Russia, Ukraine and
Bulgaria. Stephen is now Group Director for International Relations,
Chairman of the ICSC European Awards jury and President of the
Polish Council of Shopping Centres.

Leopold Reymaier joined HSH Nordbank in Hamburg as Senior Vice
President in 2007. In his position as Senior Key Account Manager
he is responsible for originating loans and providing the full range of
services related to Real Estate HSH Nordbank offers to international
Investors. Prior to joining HSH Nordbank he worked for Bank Austria
Creditanstalt where he focused on real estate financing transactions
in Central and Eastern Europe. Leopold graduated from University of
Vienna and holds a degree in international business adminsitration.

Rosen Plevneliev has wide experience at managing positions in
the construction and real estate investment field in Bulgaria and in
Germany for over 15 years. 1999 he founded the company “Business
Park Sofia” EOOD, the biggest privately financed real estate project
in Bulgaria. “Business Park Sofia” EOOD developed to the ultimate
business address in the country. The company received a First
Class Investment Certificate from the government of the Republic of
Bulgaria in November 2004 for its project “Sofia Park”.

Dejan Racic, born in Belgrad. First work experience obtained in Dubai,
since 1995 he has been holding important positions within Delta
M group, the largest private company in Serbia. Since 2000, as the
Director of Delta Invest, he managed development, construction and
reconstruction projects for various buildings in retail sector, bank and
insurance branch offices, and automobile and logistic centers used by
the members of Delta Holding. Delta Real Estate is one of the leading
developers and investors in real estate in Serbia and Montenegro.
Dejan is responsible for strategic planning and business expansion
all over the Balkans. His portfolio of operations retail, business, hotel
and housing projects.

Ardi is the Managing Director of Colliers International in Estonia.
Being in charge of expansion and operations in Estonia He also is
the Director of Capital Advisory for all Baltic States. Before joining
Colliers, Ardi worked as Director of Property Management in Ober-
Haus Real Estate co, managing one of the biggest retail portfolios
in Estonia. Ardi has worked as General Manager of the Estonian
Rep. Office of Parex Bank (one of the largest privately held banks in
Baltics). He holds a BA in Law.
