Nicholas Laag, Director. He oversees Northern Europe and CEE

$2.0 billion in assets. Prior to Forum, Mr. Laag worked with EVV AB
in corporate finance that specialized in securitizations and utility

Markus Lehto is Managing Partner of Urbanista International
Ltd., a new development, investment, and consultancy company
working in the European and Middle Eastern markets with a primary
focus on Turkey. From 2003 to September 2007, Markus was the
Managing Director of Kanyon, an award winning mixed-use landmark
development in Istanbul. Before Kanyon, he was a Consultant and
subsequently Marketing Manager for ISGYO, Turkey’s leading REIT
from 2000 onwards. Before arriving to Turkey in 1999, Markus was
an Analyst at ING Barings, New York, and earned a BA in Law and
an MA in International Relations. Markus is Canadian, married, and
father to a new son.

Anna Lengiewicz is Attorney-at-Law since 1994 and a member of the
District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw. She is the managing
partner of Law Office Lengiewicz Wronska Berezowska & Partners,
established 10 years ago. With more than 15 years of legal practice,
Mrs Lengiewicz advises Polish and international property developers,
investment funds and property companies in real estate transactions,
construction contracts and planning developments. She had
assisted in establishing and developing in Poland presence of many
foreign companies. In last 4 years she was involved in acquisition
transactions of over EUR 1,2 billion.

Mr. Lahham has 19 years of real estate investment and prior to
forming Orion, he was with LaSalle Partners where he was a key
leader in the development of LaSalle’s European operations in the
early 90’s. He opened LaSalle’s office in Paris in 1994 being head
of LaSalle’s investment and corporate activities in France until
1999. In 1999, Mr Lahham founded Orion Capital Managers with Mr
Bossom and Mr Stults. He leads the acquisition activities of the Orion
Funds in Europe and has been responsible for over Euro 2 billion of
property acquisitions throughout Europe. Mr. Lahham has an M.B.A.
from INSEAD in France, a M.Eng in Civil Engineering from Cornell
University and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Markus joined Rheinhyp in 1995 and started his career in the
International Property Lending Department (UK, Netherlands,
Scandinavia). In mid-1997 he took over responsibility setting up the
Central European Property Lending Division. After opening offices
in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, he managed a team, which
concentrates on financing of all types of large commercial properties
(Retail, Offices, Hotels & Distribution Warehouses) in the region. In
2001 he was managing the set-up process of Rheinhyp’s operations
in North America. After EUROHYPO’s merger which took place in
September 2002, he was heading the CEE Property Lending Division.
Since July 2007 he is responsible for EUROHYPO’s lending business
in CEE, Nordic Countries, Netherlands.

development, leasing and management in Turkey. Managed 12
Carrefour shopping centers and currently Executive Vice President in
Krea Real Estate and headed Krea’s subcidiary REVAL (Retail Value),
which is a service provider covering a full range of activities in retail
real estate, including shop-mix, concept design, asset management,
shopping center management, marketing, leasing, customer relations
and advisory services, also provide services to other companies
besides Krea.
