(1994-2001) in Frankfurt/London, as Senior Economist at the IMF<br />

Kiel Institute of World Economics (1986-1992) in Kiel, Germany. In<br />
2006, the Financial Times Deutschl<strong>and</strong> placed Holger Schmieding<br />
as # 3 among 52 forecasters for the proven accuracy of his German<br />
forecasts over many years. He holds a doctorate in economics from<br />
Kiel University, having studied economics at the University of Munich<br />
(1978-80), the London School of Economics (1980-81) <strong>and</strong> the<br />

Martin Sabelko is the CEO of ING REIM CE with responsibility for<br />
the entire region. He holds a Master degree in Law at the University<br />
of Vienna. Martin has been working in the CE region since 1986<br />

Before joining ING REIM he was founding member of Immoconsult,<br />
board member of Universale <strong>and</strong> DTZ. In the late 1990’s he managed<br />
a CEE property fund out of Prague where he again returned. Since<br />
2001 Martin is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, Danube<br />

Germany, <strong>and</strong> was involved in approximately $450 million of equity<br />
transactions during his five years in the U.S. Skip received a BA in<br />
International Relations, <strong>and</strong> an MA in Organizational Behavior from<br />
Stanford University.
