Course DescriptionsNURS678 • Advanced Nursing Role Synthesis(NURG)1 creditNursing and Health Care Leadership: Individual and collective reflection on thedevelopment of the learner as a nurse leader. Learners will develop a portfolio thatdemonstrates integration of knowledge of theories, research, ethical and Christianperspectives, global realities, policymaking issues, and nursing informatics relatedto the organizational context. Prerequisites: concurrent enrollment or completion ofall core and concentration courses with the exception of NURS790 and NURS791/NURS792, or permission of program director.Nursing Education: Individual and collective reflection on the development ofthe learner as a nurse leader.
