Learners are provided with an opportunityto reflect, engage in systematic inquiry, and collaborate in a supportive environment.Learning associated with standards, goals, and outcomes is assessed in partthrough the use of professional portfolios. The Education K-12 major requirescompletion of all core courses and one concentration. Learners have the optionof selecting a concentration from one of the following:• Special Education• Teacher Coordinator of Work-Based Learning• Customized ConcentrationMajor in Education K-12 (EDUG): Master ofArts (M.A.)The required curriculum for the M.A. in Education K-12 comprises a 32 semestercredit sequence of courses.
