Toconquer these obstacles, Jenny startedstudying through PotchefstroomUniversity from 2001, simultaneouslyworking with her husband to put foodon the family’s table. “To be honest,that was really a hard time for us,”she admits.Jenny successfully completed heruniversity studies in 2005, graduatingwith a master’s degree in BusinessAdministration. “At that time, Iwas also the first mainland Chinesewoman to achieve this MBA degree inSouth Africa, and it took me only 36months to complete all the courses,”she says with pride.During the same year, Jennystarted her own logistics business.Progressive women in business 33
