TURN DOWN THE HEAT: CLIMATE EXTREMES, REGIONAL IMPACTS, AND THE CASE FOR RESILIENCEThe report was commissioned by the World Bank’s Global Expert Team for Climate Change Adaptationand the Climate Policy and Finance Department.
