11/22/2011Jaundice and Cholestasis• Jaundice and Icterus: สีของผิวหนังและตาขาว/scleraeเปลี่ยนเปนสีเหลือง เนื่องจากมี pigmented bilirubin มาก• Cholestasis: การคั่งของน้ําดีในเลือด ซึ่งในน้ําดีมีทั้ง bilesalt และ bile acid อาจจะทําใหมีอาการคันรวมดวยClinical Feature of Cholestasis• Jaundice• Pruritus of Skin• Skin xanthomas or focal accumulations of cholesterol• Elevated serum alkaline phosphatase and g-glutamyltranspeptidase,• Intestinal malabsorption, including nutritional deficiencies of the fatsolublevitamins A, D, or K.Cholestasis in CholangiocarcinomaInfectious Diseases of Liver• การอักเสบของตับเปนโรคที่พบบอย และ สวนใหญสาเหตุของการอักเสบเกิดจาก การติดเชื้อ– โรคติดเชื้อของตับที่พบบอยที่สุดเกิดจากเชื้อไวรัส– โรคติดเชื้อของตับอื่นๆ ไดแก miliary tuberculosis, malaria,staphylococcal bacteremia, the salmonelloses, candida, และamebiasis• เปนไดทั้ง obstructive และnonobstructive cholestasis ทําใหมีการสะสมของ bile pigment ภายในเนื้อตับ26
