It measues the current inthe current loop and displays it as digital value as well as via bargraph.All settings of VEGADIS 62 are carried out manually by means of thekeys in the front. It is pure manually configured operation.HART standard: when used with a 4 … 20 mA/HART sensor, theVEGADIS 62 operates as automatic indicating and HART adjustmentinstrument. The VEGADIS 62 powered via the current loop listenscontinuously to the HART communication of the control system withthe sensor. Changes of unit and/or measuring range are adaptedautomatically.The parameter adjustment of the sensor is carried out via HARTcommunication. During the parameter adjustment, the VEGADIS 62operates as Secondary Master against the sensor. With VEGAsensors, the function volume described in chapter "Parameteradjustment" is available.
