These streets should be reviewed periodically and the status of thestreet should be updated to open. This check may also facilitate thecoordination of Street Works for new connections.AS11 This displays all of the streets within your gazetteer for which there isType 1 Interest record on a street that is neither publicly or prospectivelymaintainable. All the private streets within the authority area should be listedwithin this check. This is complimentary to check AS1.AS12 This displays all streets within your gazetteer for which a streetadoption code has not been entered. Although the street adoption code is an optional field, the completionof this field is useful to determine whether a street is owned by an authority orwhether it is a private street.AS14 This displays streets where a single part road Additional Street recordhas been submitted by the Highway authority. The information for the remainder of the street should be added. This check requires loading into a GIS as the health check may pickup legitimate complete records and flag them as incomplete.AS15 This displays Additional Street records which are flagged as ‘NotWhole Road’ (Whole Road= 0) but whose start and end coordinates are thesame as the street to which they apply. This appears to be a contradiction. If the record applies to the whole road the ‘Whole road’ flag should beset to 1 appropriately and the coordinates removed. Otherwise the correctcoordinates should be inserted. The exception to this check however is if the record applies to thewhole length of the street (meaning the coordinates are valid) but not thewhole width.
