Otherwise the correctcoordinates should be inserted.The exception to this Health check is if the record applies to the wholelength of the street (meaning the coordinates are valid) but not the wholewidth. If this is the case the records will not be reported in the Health Check ifthe location text field contains one of the following values:‘CARRIAGEWAY’, ‘FOOTWAY’, ‘VERGE’, ‘CYCLEWAY’RC6 This displays streets which have a Reinstatement Designation recordrecording the Reinstatement Category of ‘part’ of the road but no informationfor the rest of the road.The information for the remainder of the street should be added.This check requires loading into a GIS as the health check may pick uplegitimate complete records and flag them as incomplete.RC7 This displays Reinstatement Designation records which are flagged asPart Road records but have location text which says ‘WHOLE ROAD’ orsimilar. This is a misuse of the record. If the record does apply to the whole road then the location text shouldbe removed and the whole road flag set to ‘Whole Road’.RC8 This displays instances where the same location text appears in a highnumber of Reinstatement Designation records on different USRNs. Thisindicates that ‘dummy’ text has been used rather than a meaningful textualdescription.In the interest of presenting the information as concisely as possible, thedummy text in question is reported, alongside a count of the number ofdifferent streets that are affected.
