AS16 This displays Additional Street records which are flagged as ‘NotWhole Road’ (Whole road flag = 0) but have location text which says‘WHOLE ROAD’ or similar. This is a misuse of the record. If the record does apply to the whole road then the location text shouldbe removed and the whole road flag set to ‘Whole Road’.AS17 This displays instances where the same location text appears in a highnumber of Additional Street records on different USRNs. This indicates that‘dummy’ text has been used rather than a meaningful textual description.The dummy text in question is reported, alongside a count of the number ofdifferent streets that are affected. The dummy text should be replaced with a more accurate and usefuldescription of the location.AS18 This displays all of the streets within your gazetteer for which there isan additional street record attached to a street that is now closed.AS19 This displays instances where the Interest Record submitted by theauthority states that they are responsible for maintaining the whole road but aconflicting Type 1 Interest record has been submitted on a part road byTfL/WAG The ownership of the street should be clarified. A corresponding partroad Type 1 Interest record should be created by the authority. A Type 8Interest record should also be created so that copy notices are received forthe corresponding TfL/WAG part road.OR If it is determined that TfL/WAG are responsible for maintaining thewhole road then the local authority should replace the Type 1 interest recordwith a Type 8 record and, remove the associated reinstatement/specialdesignation/height, width and weight records.
