GIFTS DISCOVERY QUESTIONNAIRES
One of the ways that we discover our spiritual gifts is by taking a spiritual gift inventory.
Two questionnaires follow in this study guide. Both are reprinted with permission.

Suggestions for taking the Gifts Discovery Questionnaire (Inventory #1)
1. The results of the questionnaires only suggest possible areas of giftedness. They
should never be interpreted absolutely. They only suggest areas for study and
confirmation by several of the ways suggested previously.
2.. The first answer that comes to mind is often the right one. Spending a lot of time on
any one statement is usually not productive.
3. Each statement on the following pages is designed to help you discover your gifts.
Read each statement carefully, then circle the number following it that indicates the
degree to which the statement is TRUE or FALSE in your life.
If it is mostly false, circle 1
If it is half and half circle 3
If it is consistently true, circle 5
4. Take the questionnaire. When you have finished , score it using the Gifts
Identification Score Sheet.
5. Review the gifts with the highest scores on the Gifts Identification Score Sheet.
List the top five (with the highest first) on the Gifts Discovery Report Sheet, which
can be found at the end of the second questionnaire. If you have two or more gifts
that are tied, list them both in the order you think they apply to you. You may list
more than five if you wish.
