Email HostingFollowing a review in Spring 2008 LGfL has introduced new ‘industry strength’ email services forschool staff (‘StaffMail’), and students (‘LondonMail’ and ‘SafeMail’). The email service includedin the DB Education LGfL Portal will continue to be available only until July 2010. Thisservice has high reliability and has been developed and implemented in response to the maturingneeds of schools for a business-critical service. LGfL developed StaffMail as a dual hosted,resilient system to provide high reliability and capacity for London schools’ staff andadministration.
