However at the time of writing no authority or BSF provider has wished topursue this, recognising that the existing service and terms have served LAs and their schoolswell for some years. Consequently, LAs should factor in an academy contribution to core fees and LGfLsubscriptions when considering the devolution of any grant element to academies.Academies which join and connect to the LGfL by means of taking a broadband service, will beable to benefit from LGfL premium content and a range of other ‘no-charge-to-school’ services.32
