<strong>LexisNexis</strong> <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Market</strong> <strong>Integrity</strong> <strong>Rules</strong> (<strong>ASX</strong> <strong>Market</strong>) <strong>2010</strong>(d)(e)(f)a circular or bulletin addressed to a class of persons and delivered or communicated byany means permitted under this Rule;specific email by any method which identifies a person or person’s title as addresseeand no notice of non-delivery has been received;broadcast email by any method which identifies the addressee and which, having regardto all the relevant circumstances at the time, was as reliable as appropriate for thepurposes for which the information was communicated.Note: There is no penalty for this Rule.Part 1.4 Interpretation1.4.1 References to timeIn these <strong>Rules</strong> a reference to time is to the time in Sydney, Australia.Note: There is no penalty for this Rule.1.4.2 Words and expressions defined in the Corporations ActWords and expressions defined in the Corporations Act will unless otherwise defined orspecified in these <strong>Rules</strong> or the contrary intention appears, have the same meaning in these<strong>Rules</strong>.Note: There is no penalty for this Rule.1.4.3 Definitions“Accreditation Examination” means an examination approved by <strong>ASIC</strong> in accordance withsubrule 2.4.7(4) or 2.4.8(4).“Accredited Adviser” means:(a) a Level One Accredited Derivatives Adviser;(b) a Level Two Accredited Derivatives Adviser; or(c) an Accredited Futures Adviser.“Accredited Futures Adviser” means a person who has been accredited under Rule 2.4.6and whose accreditation is current.“AFSL” means an Australian financial services licence granted under section 913B of theCorporations Act.“Approved Ratings Agency” means a credit rating agency holding an AFSL authorising itto give general advice by issuing a credit rating.Copyright Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
