Sun Fun Area By Sandy ShirleyWork is crazy busy and life is even more hectic. Why am I tellingyou this? So you’ll understand why this report is so short thismonth. We had a wonderful turn out at Andy Helfer’s garage! Hewas so generous with his time as he went around the room explainingwhat each car was, how he acquired it, how much was spent onrestoration, and approximate values today. We really appreciate allthe time he and Bullet Bellinger put into organizing and cleaning. Iknow it was a lot of work and to top it all off he had “The Toy Box”T-Shirts for everyone who attended. Karl Sease will take my placeat the July meeting, since I’ll be at VIR for a DE. Show your supportfor Karl and think of me with a big smile on my face as I round theoak tree and head up the back straight.– Sandy2011 Sun Fun CalendarJuly 19th Area meeting 6:30 (Tuesday) The British Bull Dog Pub,1220 Bower Parkway, ColumbiaAugust 16th Area meeting 6:30 (Tuesday) Location TBASeptember 20th Area meeting 6:30 (Tuesday) Location TBAOctober 18th Area meeting 6:30 (Tuesday) Oktoberfest at Doc’sGrrrage, 359 Porsche Dr, LexingtonNovember 15th Area meeting 6:30 (Tuesday) Location TBADecember 13th Area Christmas Party(Note: this is the 2nd Tuesday of the month)Cotton Grill, 711 E.
