V. KOMUNIKIMI DHE KOMUNATNeni 14Struktura organizative1. Komunat, në kuadër të fushëveprimit tëtyre, sigurojnë krijimin e strukturaveorganizative adekuate për të komunikuarpër publikun politikat dhe aktivitetet esaj.2. Struktura administrative përgjegjëse përKomunikim me Publikun në institucionetkomunale zbatojnë kërkesat epërgjithshme të përcaktuara në këtëRregullore.3. Funksionet e strukturës administrativeadekuate në komunë mund të kryhen menjë zyrtar me funksione të kombinuara,ose me një numër më të madh zyrtarëshpër një funksion.Neni 15Funksionet e Strukturave organizativepërgjegjëse për Komunikim me Publikunnë institucionet komunale1. The administrative structuresresponsible for Public Communicationin municipal institutions shallimplement the general requirementsspecified in this Regulation.3. The functions of the relevantadministrative structure of themunicipality may be performed eitherby one officer with mixed functions or alarger number of officers responsiblefor one function.Article 15Functions of Organizational Structuresresponsible for Public Communicationin Municipal Institutions1. Opštine, u okviru njihovog delokrugaobezbedjuju stvaranje adekvatnihorganizacionih struktura zakomuniciranje sa javnošču, njihovihpolitika i aktivnosti.2. Administrativne strukture odgovorne zakomuniciranje sa javnošču uopštinskim institucijama sprovodeopšte zahteve utvrdjene u ovomPravilniku.3.
